Process –
first heat pan, then add add oil, and some mustard seeds and cumin seed.
then add onion and let it soft for 3 minutes and then add all vegetables you have and let it cook for 5 minutes
.

In other pan boin quinoa with salt and haldi as per your taste for correct 15 minutes.
When vegetable will cook properly add salt little and some jeera powder and dhaniya powder let it mix proper then add all boiled quinoa .
