This quinoa, bulgur wheat and Jasmine rice recipe is packed with so much flavour yet so healthy.

Quinoa is packed with so much nutrients such as proteins, lipids and fibre.

Bulgur wheat is a nutritious cereal grain made from dries cracked wheat. It is so easy to prepare, yet packed with so much nutrients and health benefits such as manganese, magnesium, iron and very low in calories.

I created this recipe for all the rice lovers so we can still enjoy our rice while incorporating fibre and nutrients

Try it and trust me, you’ll be making it quite often

Ingredients
½ cup quinoa
½ cup bulgur wheat
3 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (sea salt)
3 sprigs of basil, mint, coriander and parsley
1tbsp unsalted butter or extra virgin olive oil
