Hi friends! Welcome to TPL!
Making quinoa poha my way is absolutely a quick fix as a breakfast or an evening snack. When a typical Indian recipe is made with a healthy substitute to meet everyday nutritional requirements without even compromising on its deliciousness, quinoa poha is what you get.

INGREDIENTS:-
-1/4th cup raw quinoa
-1/2cup water
-1 tsp oil
-1/4th tsp mustard seeds
-1/4th tsp cumin seeds
– 7-9 curry leaves
-1 small onion, chopped
-1/4th tsp turmeric powder
-1 green chilli, chopped
-1 small potato boiled, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
-3tbsp green peas
-2tbsp roasted peanuts
-2tbsp roasted, peeled and crushed peanuts
-2tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
-1/2 lemon juice
-salt to taste

DIRECTION:-
-Rinse quinoa adequately or soak for a while (15-30minutes)

-Heat a pan, add water and let it boil, add rinsed quinoa, cover the lid and cook for 15minutes on low flame.

-Heat pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, once they splutter, add curry leaves, sauté for few seconds.

-Add onion, sauté till soft and translucent, then add turmeric powder, green chilli, sauté well.

-Add potatoes, green peas, peanuts, add cooked quinoa, salt to taste, mix them well all through.

-Add crushed peanuts, switch off the flame, pour lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.

-Serve hot!
