Ingredients:
7 carrots
2 pears
1 egg (can be done without)
1 1/2 cup quinoa
Steps
1) Boil carrots and quinoa for 15 minutes
2) In the meantime grate pear
3) remove carrots and quinoa from boil, let cool and dry down before mushing.
4) add pear and egg if you choose
5) create the shape of your choice (long, inch wide sticks are my favorite like a finger)
6) Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Tips
I had to add a bit of whole wheat cereal to coat because my mix was too moist. Remember to pat down carrots and quinoa!
