Hello everyone,
In today’s video, I will be showing you how to make delicious Alkaline/Vegan Quinoa Burgers and Butternut Squash fries. Packed with protein!!!

(NO MEAT NO DIARY PRODUCTS. ALL NATURAL)

Ingredients

1 cup Quinoa
1 butternut squash
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup mushroom broth
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup kale
desired seasonings (I prefer herbs)
1/2 cup Chickpea flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp water
burger buns
1 tomato
grapeseed oil
avocado oil butter

Instructions

preheat oven to 450 degrees
cut Butternut safely into your desired fry shape, coat with grapeseed oil, salt, and pepper. lay on the pan one inch apart and cook in the oven for 15-20 mins. Turn the fries halfway.
Bring Quinoa and vegetable broth or (water) to a boil, cover, and simmer until water has disappeared. Remove from the stove into a bowl, let cool for 5 minutes
Cut all the peppers, mushrooms, and kale. Sautee in a medium saucepan for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and add to the Quinoa.
mix one Tbsp of chia seeds and 3 Tbsp of water, set aside for 10 minutes until it’s thick like an egg, then add to the Quinoa mix. Season mix, then add Chickpea flour. Mix well then make desired burger patties by hand.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan, then adds burgers. Cook until brown on each side.
toast burger buns with plant base butter, add tomatoes then serve.
